Push-In Rivets - Heat Sink Heat Sink Rivets are spring mounted. They are used to fasten a heat sink to a processor chip on a PCB. The metal spring provides continuous pressure to the heat sink until thermal adhesive cures. Our range has two options. One has a Chrome Plated Steel spring and the other a Stainless Steel spring. The Stainless Steel option can also be installed using a cross head screwdriver.
